Being a company which has joint venture captital contributed from Vietnam Airlines and is also one of the biggest three partners of Vietnam Airlines in inbound and international cargo shipping field. On the day of March 1st, 2016, NASCO LOGISTICS was official established by separating from Noibai Airport Services Company (NASCO), a member of Vietnam Airlines Corporation, which was founded on July 1st, 1993.

Nasco Logistics has been in logistics industry with: Express service (with Nasco Express since 1993), Warehouse, Distribution and Supply chain.
